Please note: I am currently at capacity and unfortunately not taking new face to face patients. I do have some availability for online (telehealth) sessions on Saturdays.

As a Psychologist with 20 years’ clinical experience in Australia and Ireland, a PhD that investigated burnout in healthcare, and over a decade of research and clinical experience focused on work burnout, I consult on areas of work psychological health through The Well Worker Project and run a private psychology and executive coaching practice in Perth.

I commonly assist:

Educators and academics

Health, community and medical professionals

Mining professionals

Legal professionals

Team leaders, middle and upper management

People looking at career transitions

I work with people who are struggling in their work-life, and the cross-over between work and family. I have spent 14 years writing, researching and lecturing about work burnout and have published academic research in this area.

In practice, I am passionate about helping people flourish in their home and work lives. Because I have vast experience in working in an effective and evidence-based way with clients on all areas of mental health, such as relationships, mood and anxiety disorders, I am able to help my clients navigate and understand what areas in life and work they want to improve and most importantly, how to get the change they desire.
