Talks and Training

Looking to upskill your people in workplace wellbeing?

There’s a lot of talk about burnout and workplace wellbeing more recently, and it’s hard to know what information to trust.

Dr Marieke Ledingham has dedicated her career to burnout prevention, leaving audiences with actionable steps for themselves and their teams to maintain wellbeing.

Dr Marieke Ledingham is an experienced speaker, lecturer, and subject matter expert with internal psychosocial risk and wellbeing experience in complex organisations. She is known and sought out for translating complex psychological research into practical, engaging insights that meet WHS legislation.

With a confident yet approachable style, she connects seamlessly across all levels of an organisation.

Marieke is equally comfortable donning the High-Vis gear for an early morning toolbox talk as she is working with leaders in corporate and NFP environments.

Preventing Burnout in the Workplace

This workshop can be tailored to your workforce, and pitched for leaders or all employees. It covers the key drivers of burnout for your industry or profession. The workshop will equip employees to spot the signs early, communicate their needs, develop a burnout prevention plan and set healthy boundaries.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

More employers are looking for the skills in understanding what ADHD and Autism can look like in the workplace, and what strategies can help enable high performance in neurodiverse colleagues and direct reports. This workshop is a half-day, and customisable to your needs. As with all our training, it is highly practical and you will feel ready to start putting strategies into place immediately.
