Who am I? I am an experienced psychologist and executive coach with 20 years clinical experience in Australia and Ireland, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, College of Organisational Psychology and Australian Association of Psychologists. I am a warm and down to earth professional who genuinely enjoys working with people to achieve their goals. I am also a mother and stepmother, wife, sister, daughter, business owner, academic and beagle and greyhound owner and have plenty of life and work experience to draw upon when helping people.

What kind of people do I work with? I work with people who are struggling in their work-life, the interplay between their self-identity and work, and the cross-over (or tension) between work and family.  I have spent 14 years writing, researching and lecturing about work burnout and have published academic research in this area. In practice, I am passionate about helping people flourish in their home and work lives. Because I have vast experience in working with people on areas such as anxiety, depression and relationships, I am able to help you navigate and understand what areas in life and work you want to improve and most importantly, how to get the change you desire. I get to know you and work out the best way to get you back on a path that feels good for you.

I regularly undertake speaking engagements on burnout, professional identity, psychological safety and workplace stress. I have also supervised a number of PhD students to completion in this area.
